Morocco : Three-magnitude earthquake shakes Ouarzazate province

A 3-magnitude quake on the Richter scale was recorded, on Wednesday, in the province of Ouarzazate, said the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).

The earthquake, whose epicenter is located in the commune of Ouisselsate, occurred at 3:26:16 a.m. (GMT), said the ING National Seismic Monitoring and Warning Network in a seismic alert bulletin.

Occurring at a depth of 10km, the tremor took place at a latitude of 30.623°N and longitude of 7.044 °W, added the same source.
