Moroccans living abroad and Moroccans stuck in a B zone country won’t have to present a prior authorization to enter national territory anymore. On Sunday, a reliable source from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African cooperation and Moroccans living abroad, told Yabiladi that this authorization had just been «erased for Moroccans.» By this, the source meant that only foreigners will have to show this document to Moroccan authorities.
⚠L'autorisation préalable pour accéder au territoire marocain n'est plus requise pour les citoyens marocains. Les autres conditions continuent à s’appliquer, à savoir un test PCR de moins de 48h et une isolation de 10 jours dans une structure hôtelière.

Our source confirms, in part, the first tweet of Moroccan diplomacy published then erased on Sunday afternoon, announcing the suppression of this document and underlining that «the other conditions still apply, namely a PCR test no older than 48 hours and an isolation of 10 days in an accredited hotel» for passengers coming from those B zone countries.
Last week, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that flights will start again from June 15th under certain conditions. As a result, a classification of countries has been made, in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of health, based on official epidemiological data published by World Health Organization (WHO) or by the countries themselves on their website. Until now, travelers from B zone countries had to get, beforehand, an authorization given by the Moroccan diplomatic missions (embassies and consulates).
It is worth mentioning that this Sunday, king Mohammed VI gave his instructions to competent authorities and members of the transport business, in order to work on facilities for the coming back home, at an affordable rate, and to «take necessary provision to welcome back members of the Moroccan community living abroad in the best possible conditions and prices».
