The National Agency for Strategic Management of State Participations (ANGSPE) has given the green light to the OCP Group's ambitious initiative, OCP Sport Development. This newly created subsidiary aims to significantly elevate Moroccan football, aligning with royal directives to strengthen governance and empower the sport within the country.

With an initial capital of 39 million dirhams (MDH) and a planned investment of 370 million (MDH), OCP Sport Development will focus on two key areas.

State-of-the-art facilities and high-quality programs will be implemented across the nation to nurture promising young talent. This includes modernizing existing training centers, developing new facilities, and implementing cutting-edge training programs led by qualified professionals.

Crucial support will be provided to enhance capabilities and professionalism within the Moroccan football landscape. This will involve providing financial assistance, sharing best practices, and offering expertise in areas such as player development, club management, and marketing.

These initiatives will unfold under the guidance of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) in three key locations: Khouribga, El Jadida, and Safi. Notably, 60% of the 370 million MDH investment will come from OCP's own resources or external borrowings, aiming for a 54% internal rate of return over 25 years.

By actively contributing to football development and aligning with national priorities, OCP Sport Development aims to revolutionize Moroccan football.
