Morocco's digital Minister meets with OpenAI to discuss AI collaboration

During her visit to San Francisco on Wednesday, Ghita Mezzour, Minister for the Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, held a working meeting with OpenAI, a leading artificial intelligence company. Mezzour met with OpenAI's Chief Technology Officer and his team at the company's headquarters.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss potential collaborations in research and innovation within Morocco, as well as ways to develop an artificial intelligence system tailored to the specific needs of Morocco.

In a statement, the Minister also mentioned Morocco's ongoing projects and programs in AI and highlighted the potential of the country's talented youth in information technology and future professions.

This meeting was part of Mezzour's working visit to San Francisco, a hub for American technological innovation. She met with directors of international companies involved in startups, information technologies, and artificial intelligence, aiming to showcase Morocco's promising prospects as a destination for these cutting-edge fields.
