This week, London plays host to the seventh edition of the Moroccan Capital Market Days, the Casablanca Stock Exchange's premier international event.
Key figures convene to promote the Moroccan stock market. Minister of Economy and Finance Nadia Fettah, Moroccan Capital Market Authority President Nezha Hayat, and a Moroccan delegation of exchange representatives, listed company officials, and capital market players will be in attendance.
Running through Friday, the event boasts prestigious leadership. Casablanca Stock Exchange Chairman Kamal Mokdad and General Manager Tarek Senhaji co-chair alongside Morocco's UK Ambassador, Hakim Hajoui.
Upholding tradition, the 2024 edition welcomes influential British figures like Lord Mayor of London's financial district, Lord Michael Mainelli, and Secretary of State for the Treasury, Bim Afolami. Representatives from the UK financial system will also participate.
Beyond plenary sessions, over 120 one-on-one meetings connect 26 Moroccan listed companies with diverse investors.
Since its 2016 inception, Moroccan Capital Market Days, held across major financial hubs like London, New York, and Dubai, has become the premier platform for the Casablanca Stock Exchange, the capital market, international investors, and Moroccan listed companies to forge connections.
