In a touching video, Moroccan influencer Khadija Assadiki revealed that King Mohammed VI responded to her and her husband's request for coverage of his cancer treatment outside Morocco.
«I am in front of the hospital with joyful news. I came to announce the good news that I received from Almighty God», Khadija said in a video posted on her Instagram account. «May God bless our sovereign, he responded to our call. I will no longer shed tears; it is a mercy from God. He will cover Hicham's treatment outside Morocco», she continued.
The response from King Mohammed VI to the couple's call came 10 days after Hicham posted a video on his wife's account, in which he asked the king to intervene so he could receive treatment abroad. Hicham, who has been ill since 2021, stated that «the doctors at the hospital where he is currently being treated, as well as doctors from other hospitals in the Kingdom, agreed that his treatment is not available in Morocco and that he needs to go abroad».
Khadija is known on social media for supporting her husband during his ordeal.
