Morocco's U20 women's national team secured a 2-0 victory over Fiji in a friendly match played in Alajuela, Costa Rica, on Monday.

Goals from Hajar Said in the 65th minute and Doha El Madani in the 80th minute sealed the win for Jorge Vilda Rodriguez's squad.

This victory marked a successful conclusion to the national team's training camp in preparation for the FIFA U20 Women's World Cup Colombia 2024, as announced by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation on its website.

The national team will now relocate to Cali, Colombia, where they will compete in the group stage of the World Cup. Morocco's first opponent is Paraguay, and the match is scheduled for midnight (00:00) Moroccan time on September 1.
