The new aircraft, which was received on Sunday, November 24, at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca with the traditional «water arch» salute, reinforces Royal Air Maroc's fleet, particularly its long-range aircraft family, which has now increased from 9 to 10 aircraft.
The eleventh Dreamliner is expected to be delivered before the end of this year. With these two additional aircraft, Royal Air Maroc will launch new direct flights to destinations such as São Paulo, Toronto, and Beijing.
It is noted that the agreement signed with the government stipulates that the company will quadruple its fleet, increasing from 50 aircraft to 200 aircraft over the next 15 years, aiming to reach 65 million passengers by the year 2037.
