The Mohammed VI University of Health Sciences (UM6SS), part of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Health and Sciences, has announced the opening of two new campuses in Marrakech and Agadir for the 2025-2026 academic year. This expansion aims to provide students in these regions with high-quality education in medicine, health sciences engineering, nursing, and paramedical professions.

This initiative aligns with the vision of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Health and Sciences, which seeks to promote education, research, and innovation on a national scale. It is based on close collaboration with public authorities and relevant organizations to ensure excellence in training and contribute to the development of Morocco's healthcare sector.

The new campuses in Marrakech and Agadir will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure and cutting-edge equipment, fostering an environment conducive to learning and innovation. With a decade of experience, UM6SS employs an innovative pedagogical approach that combines theory with practice, integrating the latest technological advancements to better prepare students for the evolving challenges of the healthcare field.

By expanding into these regions, UM6SS enhances access to essential training for the future of Morocco’s healthcare system while strengthening healthcare services locally. By the 2025-2026 academic year, the university will have five campuses—Casablanca, Rabat, Dakhla, Marrakech, and Agadir—further cementing its role in training healthcare professionals in Morocco and beyond.
