Severe thunderstorms with hail expected Tuesday in Morocco

Thunderstorms, locally severe with hail and strong wind gusts, are expected on Tuesday in several provinces of Morocco, according to the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM).

Rainfall amounts ranging from 15 to 25 mm are forecast between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM in the provinces of Taza, Sefrou, El Hajeb, Ifrane, Al Hoceïma, Guercif, Khénifra, and Khémisset, the DGM said in an orange-level weather alert bulletin.
