Orange alert for heavy thundershowers in Morocco on Tuesday

Heavy thundershowers, accompanied by strong gusts of wind, are expected on Tuesday in parts of Morocco, the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) has announced.

According to an orange-level weather alert, rainfall of 20 to 30 mm is forecast between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m. in the provinces of Ouarzazate, Tinghir, Zagora, and Aousserd.
