New Moroccan political parties are voicing their positions on the protests led by Generation Z. The Popular Movement, an opposition party, convened its political bureau to address the matter, advocating for «the adoption of a new governance model to overhaul the educational and healthcare systems».

The Popular Movement is pushing for «real alternatives for sustainable employment through regional initiatives», emphasizing the creation of a «new governance model that implements effective regional development plans, particularly targeting rural and mountainous areas».

The party also «condemned the irresponsible actions» of certain groups that disrupted «the peaceful and civilized nature of these protests».

In contrast, the Moroccan Green Party highlights in its statement that «the precarious state of social sectors like health, education, and employment, which is driving legitimate and peaceful protests by the youth, stems from successive public policies since October 2011. These policies have diluted the legal, social, and democratic essence of the new Constitution».

The PVM «denounces all forms of violence, regardless of origin, as well as acts of rioting and vandalism, calling for the strict application of the law against anyone involved in criminal activities».

The party asserts that «the voices and concerns of the youth have been acknowledged, and it is now crucial to build bridges and engage in dialogue with the authorities» to implement «short, medium, and long-term measures aimed at improving the social conditions of both youth and society».
