King Mohammed VI has sent a message of congratulations to Mohamed Chouki on the occasion of his election as president of the National Rally of Independents (RNI).
«Your election to lead this esteemed political formation reflects the confidence placed in you by its members, as well as their esteem for your qualities, your strong sense of patriotism, and the experience you have acquired in both professional and managerial fields. These are assets that qualify you to further the party’s initiatives and contributions, alongside all political actors and institutions, in the service of the public good, the defense of the supreme interests of the Nation and its citizens, and in steadfast adherence to the Kingdom’s enduring principles and sacred values», the Sovereign wrote.
On this occasion, the King also paid tribute to Chouki’s predecessor, Aziz Akhannouch, praising «the efforts he undertook with a strong sense of responsibility and sincere patriotism to establish and strengthen the political standing of the National Rally of Independents».
