Morocco names new treasurer general and customs chief

The Government Council on Thursday approved a series of appointments to senior positions, in accordance with Article 92 of the Constitution.

At the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Abdellatif Amrani was appointed Treasurer General of the Kingdom, while Mohamed Ezzahaoui was named Director General of the Customs and Indirect Taxes Administration (ADII), according to a statement from the Ministry Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament and Government Spokesperson.

At the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, Abdelmajid Sahl was appointed Director General of Planning, Resources and Contracting.

Meanwhile, at the Ministry Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Relations with Parliament, Hafid Aynaou was appointed Director of Resources, Studies and Information Systems.
