In an official visit, king Abdullah II arrived yesterday to Morocco after being invited by King Mohammed VI. An official ceremony was held in the royal palace in Rabat in honor of the Jordanian king.

During the three-day visit king Abdullah is supposed to hold talks with King Mohammed VI to discuss future bilateral ties and examine topics of mutual interests. The visit is also an opportunity to convince King Mohammed VI into attending the 28th summit of the Arab league. The regional organization will be organized in the Jordanian capital Amman in the upcoming days.

Last year Morocco refused to organize the 27th summit of the Arab league because of the political situation in most of the Arab world countries. The kingdom attended later the summit that was held in Mauritania.
