Attijariwafa bank will build a tower for its headquarters with the help of Hill International. The American consulting firm was selected to manage the construction of «Borj Attijari» and allow, as a first step, the leading bank to find an architectural firm through a competition that was launched back in September 2016.
Trade Arabica, a business newspaper, reported today that Hill International has started gathering experts from all over the world to contribute in the construction of the major project that will be located in the Casablanca Finance City, a sophisticated hub that hosts several international and national firms.
The largest bank in Morocco, Attijariwafa bank was planning to choose an international architect for the building of a 100m tall tower with a surface of 55,000 squared metres that is estimated to cost MAD 1 billion.
Hill International participated in the management of several international mega projects such as the Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi. It provided construction consulting services for major sites around the world namely the famous Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, the One World Trade Centre in New York and the Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza.
