A Moroccan struck by Tri-Rail in Florida

A 29-year-old man was struck by Tri-Rail at the Pompano Beach station, Florida on Friday, Local10 reports. The young man who is identified as Mohamed Slimani, was trying to catch the train to West Palm Beach when he fell under the train and got cruched.

Slimani had a tragic day, he crushed his car just a few hours before the incident and decided to take the Tri-Rail back home. Nabil Slimani, told the same source that his brother was on his way to work when he crushed his car.

«What do you think when you hear your closest friend at this moment is no longer around?», said Mohamoud Akkari, Mohammed's roommate who was also with him during the car crush.

Borward Sheriff's office spokeswoman told Local10 that Slimani's death was «accidental» and that The northbound was closed during investigations.
