Maxtech, a diversified industries corporation with gold and manganese mineral properties headquarted in Canada, will establish a strategic development partnership with Morocco-based Green Energy Resources (GER) to examine the existing mining and mineral concessions in the country for «a potential joint venture or acquisition», benzinga reports.
The Canadian company is currently evaluating along with the GER the manganese assets in Morocco and will in a short period decide on the purchasing of these concessions.
Peter Wilson, CEO of Maxtech told the same source that : «This partnership provides a unique opportunity for Maxtech to expand into Morocco with a goal to eventually supply manganese into the European marketplace. It is an excellent jurisdiction in which to operate and with the help of Green Energy's in-country presence we will be able to evaluate new manganese claims efficiently.»
