Ayoob Kara described the Polisario secretary-general as a «Saharawi president». Only a small false note in his message, a mistake on the name of his interlocutor: instead of writing «Brahim Ghali», he wrote «Taleb Ould Omar», who assumes the functions of «Prime Minister».
