A Moroccan national arrested in Istanbul airport for carrying 100 cocaine capsules

A Moroccan national was arrested on Monday, 31st of July by the Turkish authorities at Sabiha Gokcen Airport for carrying 100 capsules of cocaine, Daily Sabah reports. The alleged drug trafficker has swallowed 480 grams of cocaine.

According to the same source, the Turkish police has identified the Moroccan as a 41-year-old man  called M.M. After acting in a weird and suspicious way, the police «found nine capsules of narcotics hidden inside his clothing».

The detained was then sent to Haseki Training and Research Hospital where he was put in an in-depth x ray. According to the Police, 111 capsules of cocaine were hidden in his body.

After pulling the capsules out, the Moroccan national was sent to the police station and later to the courthouse.
