The Moroccan-French actor Assaad Bouab is one of the ten men who marked 2017, according to the GQ Magazine, an international monthly men's magazine based in New York City. Based on an internet vote, the «Men of the Year» event schedueled for the 15th of November 2017 will reveal the name of the winning candidate, explains a press release sent to Yabiladi.
The public will have the chance to vote starting from September. Assaad Bouab played the role of Hicham Janowski, a charismatic young man, in the second season of the French series «Ten Percent» broadcast on France 2 and one of the most watched series on Hexagon.
The Moroccan-French played in the past the role of Mao in «Marock», a movie directed by Laïla Marrakchi. He has also starred in Rachid Bouchareb's «Indigènes» and «Out-of-Law», Nabil Ayouch's «Whatever Lola wants» and the Moroccan «Lghoul» series for Medi 1.
The 37-year-old actor, will compete for the title of «Man of the Year» against Jalil Lespert, Louis Garrel, Pascal Gregory, François Civil, Jérémie Belingard, Thomas Coville, Daniel de la Falaise, DJ Prieur de la Marne and Clément Chabernaud.
