Morocco has firmly replied to the «reprehensible, irresponsible, unacceptable and childish» accusations of the Algerian Foreign Minister, said on Thursday the Minister in charge of Relations with Parliament and Civil Society in a press conference.
These comments «which included false allegations, will not affect the place of the Kingdom neither in Africa nor in the world», said Mustapha El Khalfi and international institutions, such as the World Bank and others, which shed light on that.
Both Royal Air Maroc (RAM) and the Moroccan Banks Professional Group (GPBM) have replied to the Algerian Minister’s allegations. Meanwhile, parliamentary groups in both chambers have rejected such statements, said the Minister.
the Minister delegate also said that each sector and each institution is free to take the necessary measures to respond to the damage caused by the statements of the Algerian Minister and preserve dignity, especially that these are national institutions with a strong presence not only in Africa but also internationally.
«What interests us in this case is the unity of the national position rejecting and condemning these declarations, a position that is considered as a pillar of the foreign policy of our country,» said El Khalfi.
