The Malian Prime Minister, Soumyelou Boubeye Maïga, has arrived in Morocco Thursday for a work visit, an official source from Bamako told MAP news agency.
During the two-day visit, Maïga and the Moroccan Prime Minister, Saadeddine El Othmani, will discuss ways and means to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries, find solutions for security and peace issues, and fight against terrorism, climate change and migration, said a statement issued by the Malian government.
Several cooperation agreements in the field of transportation, logistics, infrastructure, hydro-agricultural development, vocational training and sustainable development will be signed by the two parties, said the same source.
«This visit reflects the excellent diplomatic relations that tie Morocco to Mali, two sister countries united by history, culture, economy and science», concluded the communiqué.
