The Moroccan Paralympic champion El Amin Chentouf won, Sunday, the silver medal of the 2018 London Marathon.

Chentouf, who participated in the vision impaired events T11/12, covered the distance in 2 hours 29 minutes and 05 seconds.

The gold medal was claimed by Spanish athlete Also Alberto Suarez (2h 28min 49s), while British Rae Derek won the bronze medal, finishing the race in 2 hours 36 minutes and 13 seconds.

The London Marathon is a long-distance running event held in London, UK as part of the World Marathon Majors. Its 2018 edition was held on the 22nd of April and the next one is to be hosted on Sunday 21st of April 2019.
