Denia Holding, a subsidiary of Holmacrom Group, which manufactures snack products will invest 20 million euro in a 10,000-ton cashew nut processing plant in Cote d’Ivoire, says CommodAfrica.

The plant, to start operating in 2019, will be located in the city of Grand-Bassam, about forty kilometers away from Abidjan. On May the 9th, an implementation protocol was signed with the company in charge of the Grand-Bassam Free Zone, Cote d’Ivoire’s Information, Technology and Biotechnology village.

CommodAfrica also recalls that Dénia has the only cashew nut processing unit in Morocco.

For the record, Denia is based in Morocco. As of March 2, 2016, Denia Holding SA operates as a subsidiary of Groupe Holmarcom.
