RAM’s press release comes as several of its pilots have been on a strike since Wednesday, 18th of July, protesting against the working conditions and calling the company for a pay raise.
The strike was initiated by the Moroccan Association of Airline pilots (AMPL), which couldn’t agree with the company when discussing the demands of pilots, reports online newspaper Maroc Diplomatique.
Responding to the situation, RAM’s CEO Abdelhamid Addou stated in an open letter sent to the same source that this «devastating» strike blocks all efforts made to better the services of the company.
