A Moroccan 19-year-old man was arrested for raping and stealing a 17-year-old girl, Sunday, in Rho, a town and commune in the Metropolitan City of Milan in the Italian region of Lombardy, reports local online newspaper Rai News.
The suspect attacked the girl and raped her after they met occasionally the night before. In a public park, the 19-year-old and after going heavy on drinking, pushed the girl to the ground and sexually assaulted her before stealing her cell phone, says the same source, quoting the victim's version of the story.
The girl was also beaten up when she tried to defend herself. After going to the police station, the victim was hospitalized. The Moroccan man was arrested later in a shop after he was recognized by the girl.
