Royal Air Maroc is no longer the only airline company affected by a social crisis during the current summer season. 250 Ryanair flights departing and coming from Germany will be canceled on August 10th, the Irish low-cost airline announced on Wednesday.

The Irish company had, previously, revealed that 146 of its flights will canceled due to a cabin crew strike on August 10th in Sweden, Belgium and Ireland, reports Le Point. The Belgian media RTBF states that these 104 flights departing and arriving from Belgium will also be canceled.

The company, which has organized a press conference in Frankfurt, promises that 85% of its 2,400 flights will still be operating on Friday. Ryanair also regrets that the German Union of Pilots have joined the strike which includes other countries.

The strike, initiated by 480 pilots based in several German airports, will begin in the early hours of Friday and will end on Saturday, August 11that 12:59 am (GMT).

This social crisis, which happens to occur during the summer season, can impact, just like how it did with Royal Air Maroc, Moroccans residing abroad (MRE) who often travel during the summer holidays.
