Spanish police arrested ten sub-Saharans in the Centre for Temporary Residence of Immigrants (CETI), reports El Faro de Ceuta. They are accused of assaulting police officers.

They are part of the 600 migrants who had forced their way into the Spanish enclave on July the 26th. The arrestees had thrown lime, acid and excrement on border guards, injuring 22 of them.

The Civil Guard launched an investigation and ten sub-Saharans were arrested during a police raid that took place Tuesday morning at 8 am. The alleged leader of the group is among those arrested. He allegedly injured a member of the Civil Guard.

The ten detainees were incarcerated and placed under the supervision of the Civil Guard. They should be brought to justice in the next few hours.
