Four Moroccan nationals, aged between 23 and 42 years old, were arrested by the Italian police in Turin, reports the Italian news agency ANSA on Wednesday.
The suspects are linked to a drug trafficking network operating in the Borgo Dora district in Turin. «Hashish wholesalers take a commission that accounts for 1,200 euros per kilo», and they sell their goods in the market using the label «Dragoes», indicates ANSA.
A police investigation was opened in May and in a raid the authorities arrested a drug user who had just bought 200 grams of hashish from the same network.
The two Moroccan men used to receive messages on WhatsApp from their clients. The investigation resulted in the arrest of 22 people and the seizure of 15.5 kilograms of hashish.
