Prosecuted for two Facebook posts, El Mortada Iamrachen was sentenced this afternoon to five years in prison by the Sale Appeal Court. The information was confirmed by his wife contacted Wednesday by Yabiladi. The sentence is the same as the one pronounced by the Sale First Instance court.
Last year, El Mortada Iamrachen claimed to be «wounded by the charge of undermining state security», which was dropped by the court. He also claimed he was innocent, hoping to embrace freedom after the appeal.
