The Polisario Front said on Friday, December the 21st, that it would resort to European justice to protest against the two agreements Morocco concluded with the European Union, reports SPS.
This weekend, the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front said that it would take all «available means, including the European justice to defend the rights of Sahrawi people and sovereignty over their wealth».
The Front urged EU governments to «put an immediate halt to this course», recalling the rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in 2016 and 2017.
The same source explained that «European position puts obstacles in the way of continued efforts led by the UN Secretary-General's Personal Envoy, which enabled a new dynamic to be created in the course of the conflict resolution».
