Two Moroccan nationals injured in an explosion in Paris

Two Moroccan nationals were wounded in an explosion that occurred Saturday morning in a Paris bakery, Moroccan diplomatic sources told MAP news agency.

The two Moroccan tourists have been transferred to Pitié Salpêtrière University hospital, where one of them is expected to undergo a surgery, the same source said.

Moroccan diplomatic officials visited the two wounded Moroccans in the hospital. The two Moroccans, one of whom was accompanied by his wife and child, were staying in a hotel near the bakery place where the explosion occurred.

For the record, three people were killed in the explosion, including a Spanish national and two firefighters. Ten others were seriously injured and 37 were slightly injured.
