Hirak : Nasser Zefzafi’s mother travels abroad to complete cancer treatment

The mother of Nasser Zefzafi, a Hirak figure, will have to travel outside Morocco to undergo a surgery for her cancer treatment.

According to Alyaoum24, her son sent her a letter from his prison cell, bedding her farewell. «If we do not see each other again, we will find ourselves in another world where we will enjoy the freedom and dignity we have not had here», wrote the Nasser Zefzafi, quoted by his father.

Nasser Zefzafi, who suffers from a health problem as well, is appealing against the sentence he was handed down last year by the Casablanca Appeal court.
