Around 200 Moroccan Royal Navy soldiers are currently in Hamburg, a city in northern Germany, to attend a training. According to German online newspaper Kieler Nachrichten, these soldiers traveled via frigate Hassan II and corvette Allal Ben Abdellah.

«Built in 2003, the first vessel is 93 meters long and was designed for maritime surveillance», the same source said, adding that Allal Ben Abdellah corvette is «more modern». The warship is 97 meters long and is part of the Sigma class 9813 of the Damen Dutch Shipyard.
