FAR helicopter crashes south of Morocco, two crew members dead

A helicopter of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) crashed, Friday, in Tichla, a small town and rural commune in Aoussered province of the Dakhla-Oued Ed-Dahab region, killing two crew members, a military source said.

They are a pilot officer and a mechanic non-commissioned officer, it said, adding that another crew member was slightly injured in the accident.

A technical investigation is under way to know what caused this crash, the same source said.
