Morocco’s building materials producer Menara Prefa announced that it is planning to list shares on the Casablanca stock exchange in 2021 to broaden its activities in the Kingdom and in sub-Saharan Africa, Bloomberg reports.
Based in Marrakech, Menara Prefa is owned by Menara Holding, a company created in the 1970s by Moroccan mechanic Abderrahmane Zahid.
«We are giving ourselves three years to list its shares so that Menara Holding faster achieves its development goals», the firm told Bloomberg.
The family-owned company aims at tripling its revenues and make of Menara Prefa a market leader by 2025, Bloomberg concluded.
