Afcon 2019 : Morocco's coach unveils final 23-man squad

Morocco's coach Herve Renard on Tuesday unveiled the list of the 23 players who will play the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) in Egypt.

For goalkeepers, the coach selected Mounir El Kajoui (Malaga, Spain), Yassine Bounou (Girona, Spain), Ahmad Reda Tagnaouti (Wydad Casablanca, Morocco).

Defenders : Marouane Da Costa (Ittihad Djeddah, Saudi Arabia), Ghanem Saiss (Wolverhampton, England), Abdelhamid Yunis (Stade Reims, France), Mehdi Benatia (Al-Duhail Sports, Qatar), Achraf Hakimi (Dortmund, Germany), Noussair Mazraoui (Ajax Amsterdam, the Netherlands), Nabil Dirar (Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü, Turkey).

Midfielders: Karim El Ahmadi Arroussi (Al Ittihad, Saudi Arabia), Youssef Aït Bennasser (St-Etienne, France), Mehdi Bourabia (Sassuolo, Italy), M'barek Boussoufa (Al-Shabab, Saudi Arabia), Younès Belhanda (Galatasaray, Turkey), Fayçal Fajr (Caen, France), Nordin Amrabat (Al-Nasr, Saudi Arabia), Hakim Ziyech (Ajax Amsterdam, Pays-Bas).

Forwards : Youssef En-Nesyri (Leganes, Spain), Soufiane Boufal (Celta Vigo, Spain), Abderazak Hamad Allah (Al-Nasr, Saudi Arabia), Khalid Boutayeb (Zamalek, Egypt), Oussama Idrissi (AZ Alkmaar, the Netherlands).

The 2019 AFCON, with its new 24-team format, will be held from June 21 to July 19.
