Casablanca Finance City (CFC) and Toronto Finance International (TFI) signed, Thursday in Toronto, a partnership agreement to promote cooperation between the two financial centers.

Signed by CFC's director of Strategy, Marketing and Communications, Manal Bernoussi, and Toronto Finance International president, Jennifer Reynolds, the agreement lays the foundation for sustainable cooperation to promote investment opportunities between Canada, Morocco and Africa.

It will provide a platform to promote best practices in the areas of green finance and green infrastructure.

The agreement is meant to promote the sharing of knowledge and expertise between the two parties with a view to accelerating the joint development of professional financial education and training programs in the two respective markets.

«We are very pleased to sign this partnership with Toronto Finance International to explore opportunities for cooperation in North America, Morocco and Africa», Bernoussi said.

This agreement allows Casablanca Finance City to strengthen its network of partners in North America and further consolidate its international cooperation, she noted.

For her part, Jennifer Reynolds said she is «delighted to ink this partnership agreement with Casablanca Finance City».

«By collaborating with CFC, we will facilitate the exchange of information and expertise in order to create new opportunities to strengthen international cooperation», she added.
