The Moghreb Athletic Tetouan football club (MAT) announced Thursday the signing of a contract with coach Angel Eduardo Viadero Odriozola, for a season.
In a statement issued by the club on its website, it has confirmed that Angel Viadero succeeds to coach Tarik Sektioui.
Angel Viadero, 50, coached many Spanish teams, with the most recent being the Racing Santander, with whom he had a record of 73 games (44 wins, 14 draws and 15 losses).
Coach Angel Viadero began his mission at the MAT with a practice session on Thursday night at the Saniat Rmel stadium with the club's players.
The club also announced it was signing contracts with eight new players during the summer transfer period, «to strengthen (its) human capital with some experienced players».
Thus, the Moghreb Athletic Tetouan signed Nigeria’s Tony Edjomariegwe, Malian Abdoulay Sissoko, Spain’s Martín Bengoa Díez, Adil Houssaini and goalkeeper Mourad Izem, as well as defenders Hamza El Moussaoui, Abdelouahed Chakhsi and Adnane El Ouardi.
