A person was found dead in the hatchway of the landing gear of a Royal Air Maroc (RAM) plane operating, on Sunday, a flight between Conakry (Guinea) and Casablanca, said the national company in a statement.

«Obviously, the man of Sub-Saharan origin, had reached the runway of Conakry airport in violation of the security rules in force, before hiding in the hatchway of the plane's landing gear. He died as soon as the plane took off», said RAM.

«It is at Casablanca airport, during the landing of the plane on Monday, Sept. 30, that the body of the deceased man was discovered», said the same source, noting that an investigation was opened to clarify the exact circumstances of this tragedy.
