Policemen at the Tangier-Med Port foiled on Wednesday a trafficking attempt of 85,650 psychotropic pills.
Policemen arrested two Spanish women, in possession of these psychotropic pills on board a Spain-registered car, who were about to enter Morocco through the northern port of Tangier-Med, national police said in a statement.
The two women, aged 25 and 38, have been arrested and placed on custody, the source added.
Investigations are underway under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office.
