Tourists entering Morocco will have to fill from now on a health form as part of the country’s efforts to curb the spread of coronavirus.
The new procedure has been introduced by the Health Ministry, which stated in a press release that the measure is meant to detect possible coronavirus cases, locate passengers and ensure they are easy to reach.
The form includes the date of arrival, country of origin, city of transit, flight number, passport number and the citizenship of the passenger.
The Ministry of Health said on Friday on its website that no case of coronavirus has been recorded to date in Morocco, adding that the results of laboratory analyses carried out on 21 suspected cases have been negative.
