Coronavirus: Moroccan embassy in Japan sets up monitoring unit for Moroccan community

Morocco's embassy in Japan on Monday announced the creation of a Monitoring and Support Unit for the Moroccan community in this country, in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

The embassy said in a release it has opened a hotline (0081 3-5485-7171) for Moroccans living in Japan.

Members of the Moroccan community can also contact the Monitoring and Support Unit through the following email: [email protected], it said.

The diplomatic representation underlines that no coronavirus case has been reported so far among Moroccans living in Japan.

It also urged the Moroccan community to implement the precautionary measures issued by the competent Japanese authorities.
