Two individuals, aged 24 and 42 were arrested, Sunday, in Tangier for inciting people to rally, break the state of health emergency and put others’ lives in jeopardy amid coronavirus outbreak.
The two individuals were identified after a group of people in Tangier hit the streets, Saturday night, breaking their quarantine and the state of emergency declared by the authorities on Friday.
The two accused were placed in police custody at the disposal of the preliminary investigation. Research continues to arrest anyone involved in these acts that affect the health security of citizens, concludes the press release.
