A 3.2-magnitude quake on the Richter scale was felt on Monday in the province of Figuig, eastern Morocco, the National Institute for Geophysics (ING) said.
The quake, whose epicentre is located in the Talsint commune, was recorded at 2.08 a.m. (GMT+1), the National Earthquake Surveillance and Alert Network, under the said institute, noted in a seismic alert bulletin.
The quake occurred at a depth of 1 km, a 32.632°N latitude and a 3.474°W longitude, the same source added.
