Coronavirus : 97 new confirmed cases in Morocco, 1,545 in total

Ninety-seven (97) cases of infection with the coronavirus (Covid-19) have been confirmed in Morocco in the past 24 hours, bringing to 1,545 the total number of contamination, the Ministry of Health announced on Saturday.

The number of people declared as recovered rose, until Saturday at 6:00 p.m., to 146 cases (22 additional recoveries), while that of deaths reached 111, after the registration of four new deaths in the last 24 hours, said director of epidemiology and fight against diseases at the Ministry of Health Mohamed El Youbi, in a statement broadcast by MAP on its television channel M24 and on RIM RADIO.
