In Morocco, students will have to wait until September to return to schools, according to the National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research Minister.
Speaking Tuesday during a weekly session at the House of Councilors, Said Amzazi announced that senior year high-school students will have to take the baccalaureate exam in July. 11th grade high-school students, however, will have to wait for the regional exam in September, the minister added.
For the record, Morocco closed schools, universities and vocational training centers in March to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Distance learning was later set up to secure the continuity of studies.
