Morocco records 52 new confirmed coronavirus cases, 7,185 in total

52 new confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning in Morocco, bringing the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 7,185, the health Ministry announced.

In a recent update, the Ministry reported that 104,705 suspected cases have tested negative for the virus so far. While deaths related to the coronavirus stand at 196, the number of Covid-19 patients who recovered in the Kingdom has reached 4,212.

The confirmed coronavirus cases in the Kingdom are located as follows : 30.95% in Casablanca-Settat, 18.18% in Marrakech-Safi, 13.68% in Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, 13.68% in Fez-Meknes, 8.16% in Daraa-Tafilalet, 9.46% in Rabat-Salé-Kenitra, 2.51% in the Oriental region, 1.57% in Beni-Mellal-Khenifra, 1.13% in Souss Massa, 0.60% in Guelmim-Oued Noun, 0.06% in Laayoune-Sakia-El Hamra, 0.03 in Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab.
