A protocol has been put in place for the management of the risk of contamination by Covid-19 in workplaces, the ministry of Industry, Trade and Green and Digital Economy and the ministry of Labor and Professional Integration said Thursday.
The two ministries have informed all employers and social partners that the protocol, which is part of the resumption of economic activities, is intended to provide guidelines to help companies put in place the precautionary measures issued by the competent authorities to combat the spread of Covid-19 in the workplace with a view to protecting the health of employees and ensuring the continuity of activities and employment.
The guidelines recommended in this protocol concern the various occupational health and safety measures and more specifically those relating to the planning and organisation of work, hygiene in the workplace, catering, transport, access to work premises and the care of symptomatic persons, the statement underlined, noting that sectoral guides will be published taking into account the specific features of each economic activity.
